Built securely from the ground up, LunarMail is a disposable email service that allows you to quickly & easily spin up emails that are always in your control.
Below, you will find our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We've written this policy ourselves without legalese and confusing jargon. Why? Because we have nothing to hide & our mission is to protect your data and never share your information. We don't need fancy, ambiguous terms to explain that.
We only collect your primary email address via our sign-up form. We need to collect this information so that we can immediately forward email to your primary inbox.
We will never use your data in any fashion other than to display aggregate totals of our service. For example, we may list the total number of emails that LunarMail has forwarded or blocked on our website.
We follow all security recommendations from the leader in cloud computing, AWS. We use S3 & Lambda services out of the US-EAST-1 region and never store any data from any email. All emails are immediately & anonymously forwarded to their final destination, your primary inbox.
We never store any information collected during the process of paying for LunarMail. We have integrated and followed all developer documentation in accordance with Stripe terms & policies. Stripe's privacy policy can be found here: https://stripe.com/gb/privacy
You see all the time "subject to change at any time". Well, not with us, we are NOT subject to change anytime. If we do need to change or update our terms or privacy policy we will send out an email to all of our users alerting them to what is changing and why. Additionally, we will communicate these changes out before making the proposed changes within our site or service. We are accountable to our Lunarnauts 💯.
We offer 3 levels of pricing plans. Monthly recurring, yearly recurring, & lifetime. All plan prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. There are no refunds, no matter what plan you are in. Lifetime plan refers to paying once and being able to use LunarMail services for the lifetime of our product. We plan on being around for a long time (it's a great deal and you're locked in at Lunar Launch Pricing).
Upon sign-up each user is allowed to maintain 20 active Rovers at any one time. After your first 20 Rovers, you need to email Support@LunarMail.io and request more Rovers. For those sorts of power users, we may ask some questions to better understand how you are using the service. This feedback will help us improve our service and get you more Rovers!
If you are deemed by LunarMail to be abusing our service we will terminate your user and all Rovers (disposable emails) that are associated to the abusing user. Defining abuse is hard, so we won't try to do it. But, if we feel that you in violation of any law, or abusing the service in any way (as we define it), we will terminate your account. Bet that.
We reserve the right to terminate any user / account / Rovers as we see fit. We would never want to do that, so as long as there has been no violation of law or abuse we want you to keep enjoying all the features LunarMail has to offer.
We do use cookies to analyze our web traffic. We do not use them to personalize content in any way nor do we share information about your use of our site to any social media or third parties.
